The design concept
Mr. Shing has the rich work experiences in domestic famous firms and in the overseas, he has presided over a large number of large-scale projects design and created Shing & Partners in 1993 in the overseas. Shing & Partners has been adhering to the integration of international advanced design methods and domestic practices, it got domestic Class-A qualification. There are nearly 300 domestic and foreign senior professional designers in the group，it had designed a large number of residential, hotel, commercial, office and school projects with high degree of market recognition and it can provide customers with one-step service from planning concept, international scheme, civil engineering design, interior design to landscape design.
In design practices of nearly more than twenty years, Mr. Shing combines the international vision, culture connotion, environment integration, real estate benefits and pure product together, he pursues the concept of innovation as the first, than ensure the details. He carries out the project design around the idea of “creative, primitive, interactive” and he tries his best to achieve customer’s satisfaction .In the design process, he believes the design should target the goal-“create the feeling of
life, enhance the quality of life”. He emphasis the integration and interaction design of planning，achitecture, interior, landscape. His profession, His attention and ideas enjoys a high reputation in the industry!
