1, bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, with intermediate title certificate;

2, ten years working experience in design institute, has unique professional views and aesthetic ability, presided over large-scale residential and public project design and construction design, can understand the information and owners’ requirements;

3, has persistent pursuit of architectural design, active thinking, strong innovation ability, solid professional knowledge, master the relevant professional knowledge, familiar with the relevant national policies, norms of architectural design industry;

4, proficient in CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Tianzheng software;

5, dedicated, conscientious and responsible, have good professional quality and team spirit and communication skills;

6, a person who has senior title, the first-class registered architect certificate and overseas study experience is preferred.
