Qualification

1, bachelor degree or above, major in architectural environment and equipment engineering, HVAC and other related professional

2，10 years of relevant working experiences, five years of Design Institute (grade A) and proofing work experience;

3 can complete the building monomer independently, underground garage and other ventilation air conditioning, can complete smoke design independently or building monomer heating design;

4, skilled use of Thsware, PKPM energy saving calculation software, Hongye software

5, with good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

6,  with HVAC Engineer title.
