Qualification:

1, 33-45 years old, bachelor degree or above in architecture, civil engineering and other relevant professional qualifications, the second-class registered architects above title;

2, more than eight years work experiences, at least three years of same position experiences in large and medium-sized Design Institute, familiar with the operation process and rules of design institute;

3, strong project management, co-ordination, organization, negotiation and decision-making ability;

4, strong affinity, excellent interpersonal communication, coordination and execution ability;

5, strong cohesion, observation and strain capacity;

6, familiar with the relevant policies, laws and regulations in the industry;

7, strong sense of responsibility, capable, practical; have good professionalism and occupation ethics.
